We collaborate with the following financing companies: Acima, Snap, Synchrony Bank, and Progressive Leasing. Please note that ownership through a lease-purchase agreement with Progressive Leasing costs more than the retailer’s cash price. This applies only to select items. You can cancel or utilize an early purchase option at any time. Not available in MN, NJ, VT, WI, WY.

How long does the video call last, and what is the process?

Once your video call is scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation from our team. On the agreed date and time, one of our sales representatives will contact you to showcase the pieces available in our inventory, allowing you to select the ones you prefer. You will have up to 1.5 hours to make your selections.

What should I do after making the deposit?

After scheduling your appointment with the deposit, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. If you made the deposit via Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle, please contact us to validate your payment and finalize your appointment.

The deposit for wholesale gold purchases is $500, for silver it’s $100, and for perfumes, it’s $200.

We’re sorry, but at this time we do not accept exchanges or returns on any of our pieces. All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged for another piece, except in cases that qualify under our warranty policy.
